Below are some frequently asked questions we often get.
How long will it take to get my design?
Our turnaround times vary based on the project and client. However, your turnaround can be shorter or longer depending on the complexity and size of the project, and our communication.
Do you take consultations?
Yes, The initial consultation meeting is set up to get your design needs and to make sure everyone is on the same page. Any additional consultations will be $50 per half hour and will have to be paid in full before it is scheduled with a team member of Tyana Designs.
Do you have packages?
Yes. We offer customized packages. Simply let us know your needs and a package will be put together for you.
What forms of payment do you accept and how do I pay?
Paypal, An invoice will be emailed to you.
When is payment due?
A 50% deposit is due to begin your design work and final payment is due before the release of printed or digital designs.
**Any proof design will contain the company’s watermark on it. The final copy will be watermark free.
Can I get a refund on my design project
How will I receive my design project once it is done?
The finished project is yours upon receipt of final payment. At your request, we will supply the electronic files to you through e-mail or a CD will be mail to you that will contain your files. We also keep a copy of your project for up to a year on file for later updates or should you lose your copy.
What files do I get once my designs are created?
You will receive a EPS (vector), jpeg and a png file that you will be able to use. Our logo design can be used to complete stationery and brand marketing – including business card, letterhead, envelopes, brochure design, websites, graphics for web sites, direct mail design, email marketing, mailing labels, presentation folders, and any other designs your business may require.
Our design process
We encourage the client to bring in any samples, color combinations/swatches, and ideas they may have to help us get an idea of style before starting to work with new clients. During the design process, the client is asked to approve colors and fonts on samples. Once the design project is ready we will submit a final proof for the customer’s approval before submitting to production. Once a job is in production, the job cannot be cancelled.
Is there a fee for rush designing?
Yes. There is a $100 fee for expedited designing. This is not to be mistaken with rush shipping/delivery of printed designs. Rush shipping/delivery costs will vary based on printer.
Terms & Conditions
PROJECT DRAFTS
All drafts are for approval only and will come with a watermark. They may not be copied, manipulated, or distributed in any form without prior permission from Tyana Designs. All drafts are the property of Tyana Designs.
PROJECT REVISION
There is a three (3) revision limit. After that all additional revisions will incur a $30 fee per revision. This is to ensure that all projects are completed in a reasonable time frame.
